Pip was born June 5th 2003 as part of a normal litter of boas from normal parents.
At birth, he was only 7" long, while all of his siblings were in the 15" to 18" range.
He is perfectly formed. He is simply proportionally smaller then any of his siblings.
Here are a few pictures. The last is with one of his siblings.

It is a wonderful dream.
Can you imagine having all of the great qualities of a boa in a nice compact package! So many people never get to experience the grace of these animals because of their own perceived fears about their ultimate size, or because of the increasing legislation thrust upon us by public officials.
A bloodline of Colombian boas, with their inherent good disposition, that stays under four feet in length could open some doors.

I'm in total agreement Mike, the advantages of a "dwarf" sized Colombian would really be an awesome addition to herp collections everywhere, here's hoping the projects turn out to the positive side!
