Here is the first snake tank I built. It's a but sloppy because it was my first. My old man and me worked on this. It does the job regardless. Its divided in half too house a few smaller snakes. Tank is 8' long. I built this a while ago. I'm missing a few pictures. I had this posted over at albinoburmese a while ago.

Hey well that doesn't look too shabby! What did you use on the interior?

I don't think that looks sloppy at all, is a right fine looking cage!

I gotta ask, what's the deal with those front corners? Just curious if there was reason behind the design?

Hey guys, thanks for the nice comments.

Robyn, the interior was painted with interior white enamel paint. It has no harmful chemicals in it and is rated too be ok around animals & people. I heated it up too 95F for two weeks before bringing it in for the snakes just too make sure that when heating it it produced no harmful vapors.

Guru, hey Bro. Those right angles are the electrical boxes with dimmers too control the flexwatt temperature. I'll get better pictures. In those pictures the little doors were not placed on them. There are pictures up there but its hard too tell with no description. They were also unpainted in the pictures. I'll get some updated ones soon. Also if this is not what your talking about please let me know and I'll try too see what you mean.

What a cool idea, to build the controls right into the cage design. Very nice.
