in the begining of the summer , my fiance and i bought a new house. we had to wait for our carpets to be put in so we didnt have all of our furniture set up. we had our stereo on a little table that we would let our small boa and our ball crawl on when we were watching tv. (the ball loves to watch tv).
one night, we had our ball, syanide out on the table and he was exploring the remote controls and water bottles, soda cans, what-have-you, and the next thing i know, he's 3/4 of the way stuck inside our speaker.

now it wasnt the kind that you could unscrew apart. no. we had to pry it apart w/ a screwdriver and hammer. while he was in it!!!. just the end of his nubby fat tail was sticking out. i didn't think snakes could get stuck like that.

once we got the speaker apart, he poked his head out of the mess of wires and looked at us with that cute little innocent face. i couldn't be mad at him with a face like that.

this is one reason why i love my snakes.http://myreptileplanet.com/imagehosting/thum_1484761e4ab6d531.jpg (http://myreptileplanet.com/vbimghost.php?do=displayimg&imgid=702)http://myreptileplanet.com/imagehosting/thum_1484761e4b828d3d.jpg (http://myreptileplanet.com/vbimghost.php?do=displayimg&imgid=703)

Kaa, our master of escape (before we got lock clips) got out once and was gone for 3 months. We tried the cage with the mouse in the middle of the floor. We left his empty tank open with fresh water in case he went in for a drink. Nothing. Then one day we come home and I find a knife on the floor in front of the fireplace (the bricks surounding out fireplace have knives and swords all over it). My son looks up and says "OMG, there's Kaa!". Sure enough he had worked his way up the wall (without cutting himself) and wrapped him self around the handle of a katana. He hissed at me but didn't bite me. I put him back in his tank and got him used to us again. Boy was he hungry.

And we've found Verdi in the bottom of the pantry and in our son's closet 4 shelves up. (All before the lock clips). No one escapes in our house now!

Least the little guy didnt get hurt lol! I got a little story if ya don't mind too:D
Was holding my 3 foot baby boa and let her on the bed which she stays on for a few mintues without moving. Got her on the bed and went to go check what my sister wanted(which I had to fix her laptop) a few minutes later I looked on the bed and she wasnt there. Looked around my room and no baby boa. Looked around the Plastic tubs which I had to feed the 2 little boas in(It had two holes in it for when I have to go somewhere while there eating they wouldnt get out or anything) Found her trying to get in the tub and her chest area was stuck and when she tried to go back she would hurt her head trying to get out. So I had to take the whole thing apart from the side and work my way down to get her out with the damn knife since siccors wouldnt work lmao. Stabbed and cutted my hands to get my baby out and she looked at me all cute! Erg cant pass a cute look on there face lol! She wasnt hurt but was really stuck. Just shows how much we snake people love our babys:p:p
