I love it all!!
I am a big fan of the UFC and catch the PPV monthly. Did anyone catch the Ultimate Finale that just passed? The Huerta fight was badass, as was the fight with War Machine. Looking forward to seeing if Brock Lesnar is going to be a force in the UFC, saw his fight in Japan and he made that one look easy.

yes i loved the war machine fight..i still dont know how he won that one..i thought the ref could have stopped it a few times when J-rock was pounding the life out of him....as far as the Huerta fight im glad for that one..i cant stand Guida..i think its the hair:D
i hope Brock does do well..however im very leary of someone coming over from the WWE to real fights..i just hope someone told him these are not staged:frusty:

I'm happy to see that George St. Pierre is fighting Matt Hughes again. He humiliated last time that fought, it was great. I can't wait to see the next season of the Ultimate Fighter. I thought it was awesome that they're bringing Quinton Jackson as one of the coaches.

Lesnar never fought in Japan. It was held in the US for a Japanese company. He might do ok because of his size and power. He was a NCAA champ at wrestling so he def. has the skills to finish somebody on the ground. I'd rather be on Jackson's team as he'll probably bring in the better striking and grappling coaches to help out. But I'm really excited over the chuck and wandy fight. Hopefully that'll be a war.

hopefully the chuck that showed up for the last 2 fights doesnt show again..i would hate to see him lose 3 times..you got to feel sorry for him if he does..he has done so much for the UFC

I like to watch when I get a chance... It's a pretty good time.
The military as a whole is going away from the old hand to hand techniques and leaning more towards MMA. I attended a course put on by the 5th Special Forces Group a few years back. Awesome time and awesome techniques.
Matt Hughes lives in the town where I live. He is a pretty cool guy.

my wife likes matt hughes..every week during ultimate fighter i had to hear her bad mouth Serra..now she cant see them fight:violin:
her favorite is Tito..i took her to the Tito/Shamrock 3...paid over $1000 for seats and hotel..was worth it to make her happy though
the last one i took her to was the Rashad Evans last year in miami..dropped around $600 just for floor seats(4 rows back)..after the fight i ran into Joe Rogan..he was actually a nice guy..he signed autographs and took pics with us(have no idea what i did with them now)he was at casino to see the tatoo artist who did his new sleeve work..that was also the last night i have ever touched rum..somehow my wife talked me into a new tat..i now have a giant tat of 3 evil looking skulls on my back which goes from shoulder to shoulder and down my back

Anyone else watch the fights?
They weren't all that great in my opinion... maybe cause who I wanted to win didn't!
Was a good time though
I wasn't as disappointed this time as I was the last one. The big austrailian was boring, lol. I think its hilarious Gilliard got beat. And Liddell/Silva was good, couldn't tell if who might get caught with each exchange. :D

my feelings as well..i wanted so bad for Matt to win but in my heart i knew he would be out classed...i was sure glad Chuck won though i like the guy and 3 losses would have probably been the end of him....the other fights were pretty lame i thought
i sure wish i had HDnet as they are showing the fights from japan free in the am at 6am but its not on my cable carrier:(
