Yea he loves pepsi and Mountain dew. :D

Tried to get a picture of him eating, but it doesn't work does not stay long once he gets ahold of it.

yea he is.. funny thing is you can reach into his cage and get within an inch or 2 of him and he wont move.. but if you touch him better not use your hand. Lol

Actually Deedle you can pick him up and hold him, You can pet him and everything..As long as your faster than he is......:p

You should try the clicker training thing with him. See how it works with one of these guys, before he can remove body parts. lol

I think it was BW Smith who was working with an American alligator using a dog clicker. When ever it was time to feed he would use the clicker so it knew it was time to eat. The whole idea is so that they know the difference from food time and clean out the enclosure time.
He would keep clicking the clicker the whole time it ate if I remember right so it would get to know the sound meant food.

love those guys cant wait to get another one I still have the scars from the stitches in my two fingers from where my 4 footer grabbed my hand lol didnt feel good lol she was a beast but my smaller diamond caimen was tame as could be lol

That sucks. I try to keep myself from harms way so far so good, this one isn't to bad, but he never gets filled up..ALWAYS hungry.. Which ones stays smaller the dwarf one or the diamond one? Just wondering.

Supposively the Diamond, though I believe the Dwarfs stay consistantly smaller.

Yea man he was really really unhappy at that point. had to mess with him for about 10 min, so that I could get ahold of him. He kept his back against the wall and kept facing me.. Not a great way to grab a caiman lol.

Yes sir. He doesn't try and bite to much. but he still knows how to make you leave him alone. lol
