View Full Version : Question for burm folks.
We all know temps play a huge part of a healthy burm right? Humidity and other things come into play too of course. Whats the biggest and most important that involves all of these important points in a healthy burm?????
Some who I talk to often may know what answer I'm looking for. I'll throw up the answer after we get some replies. :spy:
Kinda of a hint.... its a single word that is very important....it involves all the husbandry aspects we have for our burms. :)

LMAO!! The answer does pertain to any species acually. But you know me, so its a biggie with burms, lol.
Think along the lines of all the things a burm needs to be healthy.... then the one thing that will help make those things work for us the absolute best.... that might be too much of a hint.... then maybe not, lol.

Clean? That's a major thing, but it's probably not the most important thing. It reduces/eliminates pests as well as helping prevent/speed up healing with infections/virii/diseases. Clean cages also look and smell much better IMO.

I like this answer! If you respect them then you should be knowledgeable enough to care for them properly, and would of researched prior to getting the burm.
Patience is also very Important!
Everyone gave excellent respones/ Which as Sam pointed out are correct on certain levels!
The one thing that helps and makes all the aspects of husbandry and health related things we do work to their fullest potential is:::::::::::::::::::
Consistency!!!!!!
Consistency in everything we do in regards to these snakes is very important. Too many or too much of a fluctuation can cause many issues. Especially in temps. Humidty issues can do more than many think.
Goog stuff folks!!!! Thank's for all the great answers folks!!
