Halmahera python group

I just picked up a few more halmaheras from a friend, bringing my total to 3.1 and I'm hoping to pick up another female soon. I am very excited to work with this species. They are already becoming on of my favorites.
My big male. He is at least 10' or so. I think he is the best looking of my group.

Little male. Around 5' or so.

That is a cool looking python. I've never heard of that kind.

Thanks! They are actually really rare. They are considered the rarest python to have in the US. The species name is Morelia tracyae and is a sister species to boelen's pythons.

Very nice!!! There is a lot of cool stuff that comes from there. When I did rescue years ago we ended up with two halmahera geckos...no idea what their actual name was(that might be it) but they were awesome. They were a good size and had the coolest eyes I have ever seen. As I have said many times I really want to get a scrub, but for some reason everytime I get something new its something else....someday. Dan M.
