You have the potential for a really cool fully planted terrarium with those guys. Plants are matter of personal preference but stocky ones would be best perhaps something like mini-ficus.
Dimensions, for a planted style I would go large as you can possibily afford, you'll want a good amount of floor space along with a good deal of hieghtsince some of the hieght will be take'n up my the thicker substrate for live plants. Personally speaking a 90 gal or equivilant sized would be a good place to start.
These snakes are Diurnal and should make a fantastic dipsplay!

I wouldn't....the screen will not help much with the much needed humidity for this species.

Yoou definately don't want to use the reptarium unless it's in a warm room with a high humidity level... even then, I probably wouldn't use it. I had a pair a few years back and I kept them in a 4' x 24" x 24" glass chameleon cage that had a screen top. I replaced the screen with plexi to keep the humidity in. I guess the best tips I could suggest would be to definately try for a tall enclosure rather thn wide, and make sure whatever you choose will allow you to keep the humidity up. With these guys the setup is the hard part. Once you got that all set up the rest is easy and really cool. Good luck!

You can get a custom herp cage?
As for cageing I agree with Brad you should go the whole 10 yards! Lots of plants, climbing space and require alot of humidity. I dont have experience with this species but I see alot of their enclosures and know a few people with em.

Have you done anything with this yet?
I love vine snakes and wish there were more people who had them, talked about them and posted pictures
