OK well First... its been forever since i wrote anything.. i would like to welcome myself back,, a thank u.
OK well for the past month or so my Male Green hasnt eaten and seems to always keep his mouth open like he is having trouble breathing.. sometimes bubbles start out of his month and mucus slides around his mouth.. I got his as an adult aready and the last owner said he had a little resp. problem becuase he rubbed his nose. He always seeemed fine and would eat and never have his mouth open, just sometimes breathe hard when picking up... any suggestions??

Is he still rubbing or has he quit that?
My first guess is that he's got another bad upper resp. I would take him to a vet and have him checked out.
It also could be that the rubbing (depending on severity) may have cause damage to the nose so he's not able to breath out of it properly but he has the mucus.
What are your temps?
Does he have over head heat or belly heat?
My thoughts are similar to Christines'.
Burms aren't known for much snout damage, but sometimes it does occur. If the nostrils are blocked, the burm would have to open mouth breath. And saliva will build up from the abrasions and trauma, causing bubbles to appear. Which could have brought the resp back into play as well. Many times other illnesses and injuries can cause a reoccurance of past RI or Cold type illness unfortunately.
As suggested, i would get him looked at. In the meantime, double check temps, and humidity. Keeping them a little on the high side could benefit him. Also, though some males just roam. Make sure there isn't anything causing the roaming, in case its not just the typical male behavior.

hey man i just got over this problem with my female green. she has had an RI since i got her going on 2 yrs ago. she was a pet shop snake for a long time in a small cage and just fed for health. unfortunatly she didnt stay healthy. when i got her she was skinny but she ate like a champ. her RI would flare up every once and a while but nothing big just a cough(sorta, as you know they cant really cough) or she would weeze a little bit for a couple of days. this year the stress from breeding i think got to her. when i got back from deployment she had a pretty bad infection. she had it all. the weezing, which was so bad it sounded like a moo from a cow, the cough, the bubbles, and she wasnt active. needless to say i was pretty worried. i talked to Someone and they gave tylan(i think thats how you spell it). it is an anti biotic used on live stock and that is what they use on some of their snakes if they get sick. the dosage is all based on the weight which is really easy and it doesnt leave any scarring like some other meds. i was giving her a shot every other morning for about 3 weeks(20 days...ish). i was fully expecting even with the treatment to walk in one day and she would be gone. the temps and the humidity were good in the snake room but she just wasnt getting better. right toward the end of the dose she all of a sudden was fine. i still finished up the dose because thats what my mommy always said to do when i was little lol. she is fine now and is back to eating like a cow. ask sam about it and im sure he can tell you where to get it and tell you the dosage.
try raising the temps right away tho. it cant hurt. he should be fine.

Tylan works great with some of them. We have used it with success before. You can get it at any local feed store (or many pet-med places online).
http://www.pbsanimalhealth.com/cgi-local/SoftCart.exe/injectables/tylan.html?E+scstore
The Tylan 50 is 1 mL per 6.25 lb of body weight injected subcutaneous (under the skin). We usually do 5-7 days; leave it for a week, then repeat.
