Was he raised from the dead? LOL Just kidd'n.

Cool looking little guy you got there, something I've wanted to try but haven't gotten around to it yet..LOL

From what I hear, they are really docile - kinda slow moving. Is this true? What do they eat? What can you tell me about them. I was thinking something like this might be good for our oldest. He is interested in herps - but snakes aren't really his thing.

They are scavengers. Insects, veggies, ect. He's very handlable. He's a bottomless pit, he'll do anything for a roach. They grow very quickly. I put him in a fifty gallon tank to start with, and it won't be long before he'll need something bigger! He's not very jumpy at all. Very placid, and very cool. I didn't think much about them until we got Laz, now I really like him. Temps are around 85-90 with a 95 hot spot. I highly recommend them. (But I know you don't like the bugs! :D )

Thanks, Matt! For having little stumpy legs he can really move when he wants to. Plus he sticks his fat tongue out as much as any snake! LOL
