we are going to get a chinese water dragon

so my decided she wants a Chinese water dragon

so i guess i will be building a 4x4x4 for the water dragon, with a pond filters pumps, and live fish. i will probably be using dirt for substrate with lots of climbing stuff and shelfs and lots of live plants.

anyone with tips feel free.

Plan on bigger....for an adult dragon I'd looking at least 6ft, when I had mine he was in a 6ftx2ftx4ft cage.....they really need the extra room.

4x4x4 is 64 sq ft

6x2x4=48 sq ft


this is a 2 year cage until we move then ill build him or her a bigger one.

LOL....I'm sorry for some reason I thought it said 4x2x2 before....my bad, I think it was 3 am when I was looking at this LOL
Anyway....yeah that size cage should actually be just fine for his entire life.
