Hey most of you know me as either RobbinLara or FavorBoas on other forums. I'd got the msg. that a new forum was merging together with a few others, so I figured I'll come show my support as well. Well I'm hoping I'm welcome :P One thing I have learned for sure is that everyone knows someone, that someone else doesn't like, in this business lol. I just wanna hang out and talk snakes and how much I love this hobby and try to build up it's rep. so no more insane banning laws are passed. I want to be the first to hold a Snake Show in the USA too & start a trend...people show dogs, horses, cats, hell even pigs and cows...why NOT snakes and other reptiles?

Don't worry we don't hold anything like that against anyone here. We let everyone stand on their own, unless they prove otherwise which hasn't happened yet and we hope never will.

Ya know I often wondered why there weren't shows like that! That would be pretty cool if you could get one up and going, especially with the differnt breeds and bloodlines. Very neat idea, and best of luck to you on that project.

I'm going to loosely plan on one this coming spring in either Kansas City or Springfield...or just locally in Warsaw to see how it goes.

I realized I never wrote anything about who I am or anything when I made this...I went straight to snakes, as usual for me.
I'm married going on 4 1/2 years. My husband is in the Navy and going back to active duty soon. I'm a graphic artist and I paint as well and do tat design. My main love of course is herpetology, and I'm an avid promoter of educating the general public on our hobby and building a good, solid reputation for it. I hope to help nix the bad image this hobby & it's owners have as much as I possibly can, however I can.
I raise boas and breed them, and couldn't honestly give you a favorite species because I always find something amazing about each one. My interests are pretty diverse, I sing semi professionally (which translates to locally lol), I used to show horses and still love them, I'm part Cherokee and speak Italian, Cherokee & English (and a little Spanish), I've moved around a LOT in my life thank to the military & then my husband & I driving for Swift, all over the U.S.A. ...I guess for now that's about all I have to say lol. :bolt:
