that you can tell a male from a female by the end of there tale. is this true. cause i got a snaeking suspicion about bob. the end of bobs tale is alittle short and stubby where sams is really long and slender and to a fine point.
just curios jerm

You can make a VERY educated guess that way....as a general rule that holds true, however there are always those that don't adhere to the general rule....the only 100% way is to have them sexed.

Unless you have someone experienced around being able to show how to sex I don't recomend it at all.....if done improperly you can cause permanent damage that effectively will cause your snake not to be able to be bred.

No.... what I'm saying is if you are an experienced and observant individual you can make an educated guess on the sex.....but guessing is still guessing so your still at a 50/50 chance. LOL

The tail would be just that a guess Ann~Thraxx has a really long tail but I know she is a girl so it is not a 100% accurate way to tell the only sure things are probing or popping but at his size popping most likely is not an option.I would say take him to a reptile shop or a vet and get him probed to find out.....
Body weight and build of the individual burm comes into play. Its always better to either pop the young ones or have them and the bigger ones probed. Typically the tail length/girth thing comes up when someone doesn't know how to probe, and seems thats how it came about....someone trying to find a by-pass to probing.
